Each box includes two six-ounce crab cakes. Always homemade. Always Colossal lump crab meat.
Each cake is made to order by George, using Colossal lump crab meat and his secret blend of spices. Two per carton.

How To Cook
- Thaw crab cakes completely.
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes (internal temperature should be 140℉ - 160℉, and they should be golden brown on the outside).
- Remove and serve immediately.

Colossal lump crab meat, mayonnaise, enriched wheat flour (gluten), eggs, mustard blend, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and a secret blend of fresh spices.
