Greek Village Salad


  • 3 heirloom tomatoes cut into 1/2” wedges or 1-pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 green pepper, cored and sliced into strips
  • 1 cucumber peeled, sliced in half lengthwise then cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion cut into thin wedges
  • ½ cup kalamata olives drained
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled or cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Juice of 1 lemon squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
