Crab Toast


  • French Baguette
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ oz. crushed red pepper
  • ½ oz. oregano
  • ½ oz. parsley
  • ½ oz. minced garlic
  • ½ oz. salt & pepper
  • 2 Colossal Blue 6oz. Crab Cakes


Get butter to room temperature and allow to soften. Add to mixing bowl. Add minced garlic. Season soft butter with all remaining spices and mix together. Cut French baguette on a bias for 8 slices. Spread butter/garlic mixture onto pieces of French baguette. Break room temperature crab cake into 8 1.5oz portions. Put crabmix onto each piece of baguette and bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 mins.
